The Robin Hill Youth Centre is just beginning a youth interfaith project, working in partnership with Oldham Inter Faith Forum. Muslim young men from Robin Hill are teaming up with young people from other faiths and youth centres in the area.

They will be researching each other's religions and going on trips to visit different places of worship. The project is also planning question and answer sessions, where the young people have the chance to question faith leaders about different aspects of their faith. They will be able to find out the truth behind common myths and misconceptions and discover more about the principles and practices of each other's religions. The meetings will be focussed on issues affecting the young people's everyday lives and will discuss what's going on in the local community.

The project will involve 25 young people from Oldham, aged 13-19 and coming from a range of different faiths and backgrounds.
