The Building Blocks Centre is a parenting resource centre for young parents of all faiths and backgrounds which aims to improve educational attainment by providing high quality childcare and support for working and non-working young parents. It offers a range of services including excellent nursery and playgroup facilities, educational courses and a range of family activities.

It is run by Faith Together in Leeds 11, a unique grassroots partnership of Christian Churches and Muslim community organisations which came together in 1997 to promote regeneration in Leeds 11. A key motivation in creating the partnership between the different faith communities was to promote community cohesion.
