Interculture is a volunteer and training programme that brings together young people in London from different faiths and ethnic backgrounds to organise multi-cultural events in four host youth clubs across the capital. It aims to unite multi-racial communities and raise the profile of young people's desire for cultural integration by bringing people together for youth-led events and encouraging the sharing of culture and the celebration of diversity.

Four volunteer 'teams from north, south, east and west London attended a residential training weekend and then organise, publicise and run an 'Interculture' event in a host club in April 2006.

An Interculture event can be any activity that brings together people in London from diverse backgrounds to share their cultures through art, drama, food, sport, discussion, costume or through another medium of the volunteers' choice.

The project ran between January and April 2006.
