The Tricycle Theatre runs a Jewish and Muslim Youth Theatre Group, formed in 2004 to share and promote understanding through the creative arts.

Participants engaged in a series of drama and creative workshops aimed at exploring issues common to both religions and creating positive relationships between the two groups. The work culminated in a performance called 'Tunnel Vision' at the Tricycle Theatre in June, which will be performed for a final time on the 11th December 2005. The group starts again in January 2006, so if you are of Jewish or Islamic heritage, aged between 14-25 and interested in joining the then please contact Gillian Christie, Education Director.

The Tricycle has become one of London's most respected and loved theatres. It produces a challenging and innovative programme of theatre, cinema and visual arts that reflects the cultural diversity of its neighbourhood.

In addition the Tricycle maintains a comprehensive Youth and Education programme in Brent schools and a thriving youth theatre, which reaches over 20,000 children and young people each year through pioneering access schemes and education and community work. The annual programme includes over 400 workshops, a youth theatre, regular children's productions and screenings and outreach activities in more than 30 schools.
