R.E.A.C.H Across is a cross-community project for young people aged 14-18 years old. Its principal aim is to create and develop contact between young people from the Catholic and Protestant communities through a programme of residential camps, personal development training and various activities.

R.E.A.C.H Across delivers residential courses across Northern Ireland that offers young people from the two communities the opportunity to interact and engage in dialogue.

It also provides training on issues such as citizenship and drugs and sex abuse awareness. They run exchange programmes within Northern Ireland and internationally, for example in 2006 they ran two youth exchanges with groups from Romania and Bulgaria. Staff members are actively involved in citizenship education in schools and youth groups in the area and also deliver workshops on community relations.
