The Robin Hill Youth Centre is just beginning a youth interfaith project, working in partnership with Oldham Inter Faith Forum. Muslim young men from Robin Hill are teaming up with young people from other faiths and youth centres in the area.

The Shared Future Project is a programme that brings young people from different communities in Oldham together to learn about each other and build relationships across diverse communities. It is a partnership initiative between Oldham City Council and the Spirit of Enniskillen Trust, which grew out of a visit by members of the Council to Northern Ireland in 2002.

This after-school initiative involves thousands of primary and secondary school students in a wide range of sports activities. The programme is open to young people between the ages of 7-13 and offers them the opportunity to receive high quality training across eight different sports in addition to general speed, agility and quickness training.
